Cliff Gilbert

Cliff Gilbert is the leader of the Ex Armis, a super elite division of Egrigori. They have ESP and other psychic powers. Cliff has the most powerful psychokinesis of the group. As kids, Cliff and Yugo were used as guinea pigs by Egrigori. Yugo quickly exhibited powers, but Cliff's were dormant, leading to him being treated worse. Once his powers finally awakened, they were so powerful that he was nicknamed Satan Cliff. He takes Ex Armis to fight Ryo, without order from the Egrigori, to prove to them that Ex Armis were greater than Jabberwock. After the fight, though they end up being on good terms, Cliff says that the Ex Armis has a different goal than the ARMS and thus, declines to work together.
